We want you to be completely satisfied with your rhythm gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all drums and percussion accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the drum gear you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the instruments or hardware in their original boxes with all included padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for signs of use or damage, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
